This opportunity is to join our growing team as a Producer with a focus on Digital Projects. This role’s primary responsibility is to lead client projects, from kick-off to final delivery in order to ensure a well-organized, high-quality, on-time, on-budget execution. The Producer is responsible for defining the core challenge, designing strategic recommendations, and developing actionable solutions while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a flexible and fast-paced environment.


  • Develop project plans including scopes of work, schedules and budgets
  • Manage multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously and effectively
  • Facilitate approval process across deliverables, departments, vendors and clients
  • Prepare and present regular status updates with clients
  • Assess project risks and prepare scenarios for discussion with project and management teams
  • Liaise between vendors, strategic partners and internal teams to ensure clear communication
  • Assist in development and maintenance of legal documentation (i.e., Statements of Work and Change Order Requests)
  • Participate in and contribute to group brainstorm and ideation sessions

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a Producer/Project Manager in an agency setting and specifically on Digital Projects
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate a position, both written and orally, to executive-level clients
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • An aptitude for negotiation between client and agency and between agency departments
  • An innate ability to think critically, tackle challenges head-on and problem solve on a daily basis
  • A strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance
  • Ability to adapt and pivot to fluctuating and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members while simultaneously promoting and learning from their expertise
  • Ability to direct, organize and engage with partners, vendors and team members working in developing markets with distinct cultural identities on different time zones
  • Familiarity with outdoor advertising project executions
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in workflow documentation and technical writing is a plus
Comfortable in both Windows and Mac OS environments
  • Prior experience leading international activations a plus
